Service Description

1 hour of intense basketball-conditioning, training. Each day we will condition, work on speed and agility with ladders, bands, medicine, balls, and light weights. For serious athletes only who want to make a big jump. No workouts over spring break Times: Tuesday 6:15-7:15pm. Grades 3rd-7th Thursday 5:15-6:15pm. Grades 8th and up Thursday 6:15-7:15pm
