Breakfast Club workouts consist of two hours and fifteen minutes of intense basketball conditioning, training, and shooting. Each day, players will condition, and work on speed and agility with ladders, bands, medicine, balls, and light weights. Players will also shoot over 300 shots per day. This camp is only for incoming 7th graders and up and is meant only for serious athletes who want to make a big jump this off-season. This camp is limited to 24 athletes.
