Unleash your full potential with our 2026 Breakfast club program. Our elite strength conditioning program consists of ladders and core strength focus will help you become quicker, faster, and jump higher, perfect for athletes looking to take their game to the next level. Our program also includes basketball skill training and development, ensuring that you excel on the court in all aspects. Workouts are for high level youth and high school athletes wanting to make a huge stride this Summer! We will do an NBA styler combine at the beginning and end of the Summer to track the progress or our athletes. 2026 Carr Sports Academy Breakfast Club Grades 7th and UP. Dates and times: Below are the specific dates and times June: 22nd-25th 10:30-12:30pm St. Agatha June: 29-July 1st 10:30-12pm St. Agatha July: 6-9th 10:00-12:30pm St. John the Baptist July: 13-15th 10:00-12:30pm St. John the Baptist July: 21-23rd 10-12:30pm St. Agatha July:27-30th 1-3pm St. Agatha August: 4-6th 10-12:30 pm St. John the Baptist Over 55 hours of high level elite, professional training! These workouts are for kids wanting to play in high school, college, and beyond!
