Unleash your full potential with our Winter Skills and Strength Workouts program at Basketball Training. Our elite strength conditioning ladders and core strength focus will help you become quicker, faster, and jump higher, perfect for athletes looking to take their game to the next level. Our program also includes basketball skill training and development, ensuring that you excel on the court in all aspects. Monday and Wed 7:15-8:15pm St. John the Baptist. (No workouts Wed of Thanksgiving and over the holiday break, Presidents day, MLK day) 10 workouts maximum team member only
